These look like cakes but with a difference! This is how they work.........
The size of your party determines the size of your cake - simple - if you are having 150 guests, then you would need a cake with 150 boxes-1 per guest. The boxes are decorated to suit the theme of your wedding and built up in circles, placed on a stand to look exactly like a cake. Lastly is the centre piece which again can be chosen to match the theme of your special day. All you have to do is buy or make your own simple cake(sponge or fruit) - no icing or decoration is required as it will not be seen - cut it into the required portions, wrap in cling film and place in the easy to open boxes.
